One of the top priorities of the committee will be the development of a strategy and multi-year implementing plan to create a pavilion or similar structure on the common area lot at 315 Reedy Creek Road. The Strategic Planning Committee is also the umbrella committee over the Restrictive Covenants Review Committee and other committees formed later to address community beautification, expansion of Neighborhood Watch community-wide for safety and security including traffic controls, and other committees identified and deemed needed in service to the needs of our entire community.
